Events We Organize
TEDxGIM
TEDxGIM is an independently organized event by the Goa Institute of Management.
Decipher is the universal human act of making sense of the world, and that of ourselves.
It is the courage to question what we’ve always accepted, to break open what feels complex, and to uncover meaning in places we once overlooked.
To decipher is to move from noise to understanding, from assumption to awareness, from surface to depth. It is the moment when hidden connections reveal themselves, be it in ideas, in societies, in the human experience.
Whether we are decoding technology, emotions, identities, systems, or the stories we carry, the act of deciphering transforms confusion into clarity and possibility into action.
Decipher invites every speaker and every listener to look closer, think deeper, and discover the truth, patterns, and perspectives that shape the world we live in.

The TEDxGIM initiative intends to broadcast and organize TED Talks at the Goa Institute of Management every year. At GIM, the event cherishes the TED mission - 'Ideas worth Spreading.' As TEDxGIM believes ideas come from everywhere, we invite speakers from various fields to use the TEDxGIM platform to share their ideas.
