Big Data Analytics
Specific exposure in the areas of Big data tools and technologies like HDFS, Hive, Kafka, Spark, cloud computing etc. will be given preference. Working experience of computer vision, Block chain, NLP and sound analytics are also considered for specific teaching / research roles in the institute.

Job Summary:
The Startup Program Manager at AIC-GIM will lead the strategic development and management of incubation programs designed to support startups from ideation through to scaling. This role requires a proactive approach to enhancing the startup ecosystem and preparing participants for future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Management:
- Design and implement comprehensive incubation programs that address the needs of startups at various stages of development.
- Manage program logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient operation and achievement of objectives.
- Continuously improve program offerings to meet the evolving needs of startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and academic leaders to enhance program value and engagement.

Performance Monitoring and Enhancement:
- Track and analyze program performance against established goals and metrics.

Sr. Research Associate – Adult Vaccination Project, Healthcare Management
Position Overview
The Faculty of Healthcare Management at GIM is actively involved in research to advance health policy and systems studies. Goa Institute of Management (GIM), is inviting applications of experienced candidates in a research initiative focused on identifying evidence, policy gaps, regulatory challenges, and strategic solutions for implementing adult vaccination policies in India. This project is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on public health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth secondary research related to adult vaccination policies and programmes in India and globally including Low-and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).
- Conduct In-depth Interviews and Focus Group Discussions with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Analyze primary qualitative and secondary quantitative data and synthesize evidence to highlight regulatory and policy gaps.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to propose actionable strategies.
- Prepare research reports, publications, and policy briefs.
- Engage with research partners and key stakeholders, including government bodies and academic institutions.
Qualifications:
Applicant should have Master’s level qualification in the relevant discipline (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Healthcare Management, Health Policy or related fields).
Skill-set
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Demonstrated experience in public health and policy research or policy development is a plus.
- Experience of vaccine research would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software is advantageous. Familiarity with health policy and systems research frameworks would be preferred
