Position Overview: Goa Institute of Management (GIM), a premium management school located in Goa, is looking to recruit Research Associates (RA) at its Centre for Public Policy & Governance (CPPG) to work on several initiatives and projects, broadly in the domains of public policy, infrastructure, governance, labour, urban sector, industrial development, economic growth, public finance and Goa’s development among others.

Key Skills & Qualification:
- A sound academic background with an M.Phil., MA, M.S., MBA, or equivalent in any of the disciplines - economics, sociology, social work, development economics, management, political science, public policy, development studies, geography, philosophy, law, commerce, humanities is necessary. Knowledge and interest in one or more of the domains in public policy (healthcare, public health, education, physical infrastructure, other public service delivery, tourism, local government, economic development, regulation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in written and in spoken English are necessary. Relevant work experience of a year or more would carry much weight. Skills in the use of Office, (including Excel) would be necessary.

Position Overview: Goa Institute of Management (GIM), is inviting applications to hire one Research Associate (RA) and one Senior Research Associate (SRA) to be associated with the research studies that the institute undertakes in the field of public health, health economics, healthcare management or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- The research associate is mainly responsible for assisting to conduct research studies that the institute undertakes in the field of public health, health economics, healthcare management, etc.
- Assist in designing research studies, including formulating research questions, hypotheses, and methodologies.
- Coordinate and conduct data collection activities, including interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Assist in managing research projects, including timelines, resource allocation, etc.

Key Skills & Qualification:

Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: The role of an Administrative Assistant is to assist teaching faculty members in the administration and monitoring of academic courses. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and interests. She/he will report to a faculty member at the level of Assistant, Associate Professor or Professor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidential faculty personnel records, files, student feedback, marksheets and grades.
- Compose correspondence, reports, and/or letters
- Provide administrative support for the faculty member(s) such as responding to queries in person and on call, directing visitors, routing mail, etc.

Essential Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite – (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and contribute
