Steps involved in the Faculty Hiring Process:
- Mandatory documents to be uploaded:
- An updated resume along with the specified GIM Application format
- Statement of teaching philosophy
- Statement of research interests with research agenda for the next 5 years
- On successful submission, faculty will be shortlisted for the faculty recruitment process on the basis of pre-defined criterion.
- Shortlisted candidate(s) will be invited for a Research Seminar followed by Personal Round of Interview.
- Outcome of the interview will be shared with the candidate.

Sr. Executive: Corporate Training Sales
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – MDP Sales who is responsible for driving the sales and business development activities for Management Development Programs. This role focuses on market expansion, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. The incumbent will identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Business Development & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed MDP programs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with the program team for customization and delivery as per client needs.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports on sales metrics.
Qualifications and Competencies
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or educational program sales.
Skills
- Digital marketing, Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM softwares, strategic thinking, and result-oriented approach.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Acquire a minimum of 3 new clients per quarter.
Revenue Growth
- Increase revenue through strategic sales initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.
Client Satisfaction
- Maintain a client satisfaction rate of 85% or above through effective relationship management and service delivery.

Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
The role of an Administrative Assistant is to assist teaching faculty members in the administration and monitoring of academic courses. Role offers a unique opportunity to work with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and interests. She/he will report to a faculty member at the level of Assistant, Associate Professor or Professor.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Records & necessary correspondence
- Maintain confidential faculty personnel records, files, student feedback, marksheets and grades.
- Compose correspondence, reports, and/or letters.
Offer Administrative support
- Provide administrative support for the faculty member(s) such as responding to queries in person and on call, directing visitors, routing mail, etc.
- Provide ready access to all relevant information and data to faculty researcher.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Assist with preparation of all educational, training workshops and management development programme.
Creation & Maintenance of data
- Maintain faculty databases, conduct research, compile statistics, gather and compute various data; prepare special reports, summaries, etc.
- Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
- Prepare, maintain and update website materials
Effective Interdepartmental Coordination
- Interface with the Library, IT and other departments.
- Reserve classrooms and set up equipment.
- Invigilation Duties & Student Assignments
- Invigilate quizzes and examinations and assist faculty member in the assessment of student knowledge.
- Collect student assignments.
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy of records and timeliness
- Records like faculty personnel, student feedback, grades, etc. are updated and maintained on time and without errors.
- Administrative Support Efficiency
- Efficiently respond to faculty and student queries (in person, on call, via email) in minimum time.
- Number of administrative tasks completed with expected quality within set timelines.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Accuracy of data entry and reports (e.g., faculty databases, research data, website updates).
- Number of reports completed and submitted on time.
- Interdepartmental Coordination Effectiveness
- Effectively collaborate with departments (Library, IT, etc.) and timely classroom reservations and equipment setup.
Examination and Assignment Handling
- Number of quizzes and exams invigilated without escalations.
- Timeliness and accuracy of assignment collection and faculty support for student assessment.
*Above KPI’s are indicative and can be modified based on the need of the organization
Educational Qualification
- Graduation / Master’s Degree Qualification
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in an academic institution
Skills
- Proficiency in Computer Applications.
- Complete knowledge of MS Office is necessary
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
