Marketing

Big Data Analytics
Specific exposure in the areas of Big data tools and technologies like HDFS, Hive, Kafka, Spark, cloud computing etc. will be given preference. Working experience of computer vision, Block chain, NLP and sound analytics are also considered for specific teaching / research roles in the institute.

Position Overview: GIM seeks to appoint a highly organized and proactive online program manager to offer exceptional learner experience and maintain a high growth metrics for online programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring successful execution of the online program.

Counsellor
Position Overview: The counsellor at GIM will play a pivotal role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our students. Provide confidential counselling services, develop wellness programs, and contribute to a supportive campus environment that fosters growth, learning, and resilience.
GIM is looking for candidates with good counselling experience offering psychological support and guidance to our diverse Faculty/Staff & students at GIM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Counselling:
- Offer one-on-one counselling to students dealing with personal and emotional issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, homesickness, and relationship challenges.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized solutions for students facing various difficulties.
Employ active listening skills to understand students' concerns and offer unbiased guidance. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
- Crisis Management:
- Respond promptly and effectively to students experiencing crises such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or harmful substance use.

Corporate Relations & Placement Manager
Position Overview: TGIM seeks to appoint a dynamic and proactive Corporate Relations & Placement Manager. Incumbent will manage the career services and placement activities for the institution, ensuring the successful placement of students in reputable organizations. The role involves strategic planning, industry collaboration, and overseeing all placement processes to enhance student employability and institutional reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging placement opportunities for students in India and Internationally.
- Be able to get buy-in from PLACECOM of all programs and students for leading placements.
- Responsible for getting 1-2 months internships with top corporates for students.
- Develop & maintain strong network with Recruitments/HR Heads of top companies for successful placement of students.
- Plan and engage with alumni groups and corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions.
- Create placement strategy and plan.
