- Faculty involved are Prof. Prabir Bandhopadhyay & Prof. Jaideep Gupte
- Awarded in April 2010. It is a successful continuous activity. The scope has now been broadened. New areas have been added to be integrated with this plan.
- State level plan has been completed. It is awaiting Final approval from National Disaster Management Authority (India). The plan for Two Panchayats and the North Goa District Plan have been completed, approved and uploaded in the NG Website. Currently work for two more Panchayats and the preparation of Disaster Management Plan for Livestock is going on as per the new Guidelines of the National Disaster Management Authority.
