In a world where businesses are increasingly being called upon to address challenges such as climate change, inequality, and resource scarcity, the definition of business success is evolving. AIM2Flourish, a global initiative of the Fowler Center at Case Western Reserve University, brings this evolving perspective into the classroom by encouraging students to discover and share stories of businesses that create positive social and environmental impact alongside economic value. By connecting business innovation with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), AIM2Flourish gives students, who are the future managers, an opportunity to look beyond conventional measures of business success and explore how business can become a force for positive change. The annual Flourish Prizes represent the culmination of this global initiative, recognising the best of these stories from across the world. In 2026, two stories from Goa Institute of Management (GIM) were among those selected as finalists. The Flourish Prizes are each year’s culminating event for AIM2Flourish and honors the best-of-the-best stories.
