Events We Organize

TEDxGIM
TEDxGIM is an independently organized event by the Goa Institute of Management.
Renaissance is a celebration of rebirth—of ideas, identities, cultures, and expressions. It is a revival of the human spirit through the lens of creativity, intellect, and resilience. Much like the classical Renaissance, which transformed the world with a renewed passion for discovery and learning, the theme revisits a vibrant resurgence of curiosity, originality, and hope.
Weaving together diverse thoughts, disciplines, and voices, Renaissance invites us to reflect, reimagine, and reshape. Each thought and action becomes a unique brushstroke on the canvas of time—an embodiment of personal and collective transformation.
It echoes with the wisdom of the past, dances through the currents of the present, and reaches for the promise of the future. "Renaissance" is not a moment but a continuum. It lives on, not in the pages of history but in the everyday choices and dreams of the ordinary and the extraordinary.

The TEDxGIM initiative intends to broadcast and organize TED Talks at the Goa Institute of Management every year. At GIM, the event cherishes the TED mission - 'Ideas worth Spreading.' As TEDxGIM believes ideas come from everywhere, we invite speakers from various fields to use the TEDxGIM platform to share their ideas.
