As a researcher specializing in entrepreneurial growth and scaling, he aims to advance knowledge creation in this area, as it is vital for both job creation and productivity growth. In light of the high mortality rate of new ventures, numerous organizational mechanisms, including incubators and accelerators, have emerged to support their growth and scaling. To better understand the effectiveness of such mechanisms, he primarily uses qualitative methods to study them, focusing on incubators and accelerators. Specifically, he is interested in non-financial resources, Effectuation, Co-creation, and Optionality.
His teaching interest includes Entrepreneurship Classics, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Effectuation, International Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Negotiations, Entrepreneurial Decision-Making Tools, and Research methodology.
