Anshul Mandliya
History & Profile
Dr. Anshul Mandliya is an Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Goa Institute of Management. He has earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Indore. As a management scholar and sociologist, Anshul’s research primarily focuses on interpersonal and group relationships within organizations. His research majorly revolves around workplace compassion, stigmatized occupations, informal spaces in organizations, and dignified inclusion of marginalized people in workplaces. Recognizing the imperative of technological adoption in modern organizations, he also investigates the adoption and implications of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain in HR, in addition to examining their ethical and psycho-social impacts. Anshul is mixed-mixed researcher and uses both qualitative and quantitative techniques in his research.
He has presented his research works at the Academy of Management Conference, Human Relations Conference, and Israel OB conference in the past. He serves as a reviewer for various divisions of the Academy of Management and numerous other conferences. Anshul’s teaching interests include interpersonal and group dynamics, technological integration in HR, talent management, transactional analysis, and conflict management.
Prior to academia, Anshul had worked with L&T Infotech (currently LTIMindtree)for 3.8 years.
