I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management at Goa Institute of Management. I completed my Ph. D in Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques from Indian Institute of Management Indore. My current research interests include: Supply Chain Modeling in Unorganized Sector, Business model innovation concerning sustainable livelihood improvement in subsistence markets, and Understanding renewable energy policy decisions in developed and developing economies. Before joining IIM Indore, I worked two years in Larsen & Toubro at the Construction Division as senior project planning engineer. I have published multiple research papers and teaching case studies in outlets of international repute such as Production Planning & Control, Journal of Environmental Management, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Ivey Publishing among others. As part of an international collaborative project, titled “Access Based Services for the Base of the Pyramid Population in India and Timor-Leste”, our team of researchers was among the finalist in the prestigious PTC/ITC International Impactful Collaboration Award by Academy of Management. In addition, I am a one of the certification mentors for The Case Association, USA towards case writing certification.
