Dr. Prateek holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Accounting from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. His research focuses on asset quality review, banking, creditor rights, accounting policies, and corporate policies. He has published his research in the Journal of Regulatory Economics and Applied Economics and has presented his work at several national and international conferences.

His teaching interests include accounting, corporate finance, business valuation, and banking. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., he completed his postgraduate degree at the University of Delhi.
