Dr. Rubaina Shrivastava is an Assistant Professor at the Goa Institute of Management (GIM). She is a Ph.D. in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) with specialisation area - Innovation and Management in Education (2018-2023). During her doctoral studies, she was awarded Ph.D. Merit Scholarship by Mirae Asset India Foundation. She did her Postgraduation in Cyber Law and Information Security from National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU). Prior to joining GIM, she was heading Centre for Teaching and Learning at Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU). Prior to commencing her Ph.D. journey she holds academic and administrative experience from her tenure at Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIMI) and NLIU. She holds professional certifications from globally recognised organizations - CISCO, Red Hat, and WIPO.
