Shivangi Agarwal
History & Profile
She is a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur. She also holds degrees of MBA from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Previously, she has taught at the ICFAI Business School, Jaipur in 2018-2019. Prior to that she worked as an Assistant Manager at the State Bank of India for over two years and as a management trainee at Bosch Ltd for six months.
Her major research interests are around creditor protection, Bankruptcy laws, Judicial quality, inter-firm financing, corporate governance, political systems, and how they impact financial business decisions and corporate activity. Her research aims to contribute to the development of legal and institutional systems that promote economic growth and ethical business practices.
